N. Spedding in materia medica, medical jurisprudence, and public health. The committee recommended that the following be recorded as having passed the third professional examination : — R. A. Batchelor, Dunedin, «nd Dr. Moorhonse, ChristchurcS. with regard to the application from the holder of a certificate from the New South Wales Dental Board for the recognition of this certificate for the purposes of registration as a dentist in Jfew Zealand, the committee was of the opinion that such recognition would be contrary to the stattttes of this tJrriversity 3«d the regulations made under the Dentists Act, 1904. In connection with that matter ft» eotuttrittee recommended that a standing advisory committee be appointed to act wilb the registrar in considering such applications as might be made. The report was adopted.
