Dr. James Martin, of MiddlemaTch, was thrown out of his trap between M'Kae's and Moonlight yesterday, and received injuries from which he died The deceased, who was unmarried, and about fifty-four yess —-oLJ%e> was in practice in this city with his brother, Dr. Robert Martin, before he took up his Middlemarch practice a littlo over two years ago. The deceased was for some time in West Australia.
