Tho plans of this new suburb are expectod to be ready for issue to-morrow, auii railway tickets free of charge will also bo available to-morrow. Tho importance of personally examining properties requires no comment. It is interesting to notice a desire on tho part of settlors that prospective purchasers should have special facilities placed at their disposal for a visit, and if necessary aa exhaustive examination.
