Eleotrio Tramway from and junctioning with the Wellington Electric Tramway at tho corner of Tinakori-road and Moles-worth-street, through the Town Belt to the Post Office at Wadostown, with necessary oquipment and the works and acquisition of land required to provide the beet course and grade for the said tramway, and akp the cost of engineering and contingencies of raising loan and interest anc sinking fund for first year.
