Ho could not find a programme outlined in it. Mr. Reid's programme, he added, was even less inspiring than the present Government's. POLLING DAY. MELBOURNE, 18th October. The Federal elections are to take place on itith December. Parliament, which was formally prorogued to October 31sfc, will be dissolved on Bth November.
