HOCKEY.
All ladies hockey matches fixed for next Saturday have been postponed on account of the football match, North v. South Island. All championship matches will bo continued tho following Saturday at Day's Bay, which will be the finish of the season. The senior matches will be played flrat and the iunior games will be decided immediately afterwards. Tho silvoi challenge cups, presented Dy Mrs. S. A. Rhodes and Dr. Izard for the junior and senior championships respectively, will be presented on the completion of the matches that aftornoqn. The Kiwi Club_ arc suro of the senior cup, and the junior cup will bo decided between the Kiwia and St, John'o A on the 29tb.
