CBT TELEGBAFH. — MESS ASSOCIATION.] I NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. A fire at two o'clock this morning at Waitara destroyed the Waitara Hotel, ' Dugdale's cabinetmaking shop, and Samson's billiard room. Tho /ire started in the hotel, which Captain Young , had only taken possession of a few days ago.
