ANOTHER DROUGHT. NATIVES DYING FROM STARVATION. (press association.] (Received Septsmber 15, 9.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day.' New Guinea, is suffering from a. drought. Laet ysar the country was burnt up, and the crops failed. This year it has been almost rainless, and there is littla hope of any rain falling before December. Tho natives are famine-stricken, and come havo died from starvation. The teachers and scholars at the mission stations ar3 living on rioe. Fever is increasing on the const. Several deaths have occurred among the South Sea Island missionaries.
