The outrages on Jews continue in various parts of .Russia. TTIe greater portion of the town of Kalwarya (in Russian Poland), which consists mainly of Jewish shops and residences, has been burnt, and many people incinerated. Peasants also burnt the Jewish town of Koopen, in the Kementz district. Some of the Jews were attacked and killed in the streets, and many were incinerated. The Union of Russian People has placarded Odessa with anti-Jewish proclamations. Emissaries of the union have noted the dwellings occupied by the Jews — a proceeding that has created a panic. It is simultaneously announced that many terrorists from Warsaw have arrived at Odessa for the purpose of attacking the police. ORDER RESTORED AT SIEDLCE. A PRISON OFFICIAL KILLED. ST. PETERSBURG, 13th Sept. Order has been restored at Sisdlce, where rioting resulted in a large number of Jews beincf killed. Thousands 'of people have left the city. Colonel Jakovleff, chief of the Warsaw prison, was shot dead while riding in a cab. The assassin escaped. A GIRL EXECUTED. (Received September 14, 8.55 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 13th Sept. girl Kanop Liannikoff, who was executed for assassinating General Minn, refused to see a prkst before the deathsentonoo was carried out. She firmly mounted the steps leading to the scaffold. Her last words were : "Long live social revolution 'and liberty." J3he had previously handed her sister a photograph, inscribed with the words : "My life; all I had to give." A DETECTIVE'S BODYGUARD. (Received September 14, 8.50 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 13th Sept. ; Grun, tho chief detective at Warsaw, spared the life of a murderer, who was known anions: the revolutionaries, and who was made answerable for Grun's safety. The murderer accompanies Grun everywhere. REFORMS POSTPONED. (Received September 14, 9.6 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 13th Sept. The newspaper Novoe Vremya declares that tho question lof giving Russian peasants equal rights with other _ citizens and the removal of Jewish disabilities are not included in -the Ministerial measures, but ,will be lsft to the" Duma.
