COMPANY AMALGAMATION.
» [MISIS ASSOCIATION.] (Received June 23, 10.18 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd June. I Messrs. Lovell and Christmas, a large firm of butter importers in London, have agreed to the amalgamation with the Wall Company of Liverpool and Mancheeter. The capital of the combined company will be £1,000,000. The company will issue £40,000 worth of new ordinary shares and £7000 worth of six per centum perference shares.
