♦ [B* TELEORAPH — PBESS ASSOOIATIOW NAPIER, 21st June. At the Supreme Court to-day Thomas M'Cusker was convicted of conspiring to defeat 'the ends of justice, and was ordered to pay a fine of £21. This Day. Timothy Cosgrove was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment on a charge of carnal knowledge. Samuel Swayne pleaded guilty to presenting a loaded firearm, and was i«manded for sentence. ■
