Other nominations included Buch notable performers as Jardy, Val dOr, Llancribby. and Cicero. Bachelor's Button started in ten races last season, winning four events. His wins included the Ascot Gold Vase of 860 soys, in which race he defeated 'Mark Time and Hammerkop; the Hardwicke Stakes, of £2395, run at tho same meeting, Queen of the Earth and Flower Seller filling second and third places ; the Doncaster Cup, of £990, beating Mark Time and Admiral Brieze. He Tan second to Pretty Polly in the Newmarket Jockey Club Handicap, and had a walk over in the Liverpool Jockey Club Plate.
