♦ REPORTED MISGIVINGS. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] {Received June 22, 9.9 a.m.) LONDON, 21st June. At the South Australian Company's meeting, the chairman complained of the drastio Commonwealth Land Tax Bill. Mr. John Bake-well declared that the attitude of the Commonwealth Parliament gave the greatest misgivings. Australia, he added, was now in the grip of tyrannous legislation.
