-The marshal (Lieut. -Colonel Collins) requests us to state that all persons who intend taking part in the procession, wit!h the exception of members of Par- • ] lament, are to assemble in Sydney-street, proceeding thither by way of Bowenstreet and Museum-street. Ihe procession -will- be formed, in Sydney-street, and labels placed along that thoroughfare will indicate the spot at which each society and local body is to muster. Mr. C. Earle, sub-editor of the Even ing Post, has been asked to represent the Melbourne Herald at the funeral and to forward a floral tribute of appreciation from the Melbourne journal. The Premier requests us to state that in order to -afford as large a .number of persons as possible an opportunity to pay their last respects to the late Premier while lying in state to-morow^ the public are requested to enter Parliamentary Buildings by the main entrance from Molesworth-street, and to proceed directly and without interruption through the lobby, leaving the building by the 'Legislative Council exit, and thence out of the grounds either by way of the Hill-street or Sydney-street gate.
