FIRE AT AUCKLAND.
[bt txlegkafh.— -press association.! AUCKLAND, This Day. • A boardinghouse in Nelson-street, owned and occupied by Mrs. O'Keefe, was gutted by fire, the occupants having barely time to escape. An e.derly man named Joseph Stevens jumped from- an upstairs window, and sustained injuries which necessitated his removal to the hospital. The house and furniture were insured for £400 in the Manchester office.
