Britain has appointed Mr. James Beethom Whitehead, His Majesty's Councillor of the Embassy at Berlin, as British Minister at Belgrade. The Servian papers declare that the regicides' influence over King Peter continues, and that they have only exchanged their uniforms for civilian attire.
