Mr. Thomson called attention to a Statement in regard to unequal treatment of Australian ships in Now Zealand, and asked Mt. Deakin whether, in dealing with reciprocal proposals, he would sco that reciprocity should be equal, and not partial. Mr. Deakin, in reply, said ho had not heard of the matter, but suggested' that Mr. Thomson iihould supply the Minister of Customs with particulars. i
