Upper Hutt.— All the sections at Upper Hutt (16 in number) were 6old at prices ranging from £60 to £140 each. The purchasers were as f ollows : — biection 1, James Brown, £60; 2, P Pdwards, £70; 3, E. Wilkie, £70; 4, E. Wilkie, £70; 5, J. Burns, £75 5 6 t. Millsom, £85 , 7, V. M. Humphries. £85; 8, D. Brand, as agent, £iVQ ; 9 J.unes Brown, £115; 10, Mrs. Pudnev! £95; 11, E. Millsom, £90; 12 J Dalton, £140; 13, R. Butler, £80; 14 P. Burns, £90; 16, J. Burns, £85 5 17, Alex. Allan, £115.
