WELLINGTON AND MANAWATU RAILWAY CO., LTD. CHRISTMAS ANDREW YEAR HOLIDAYS, 1905-06. On 30th December and Ist and 2nd January, 1906, in addition to ordinary time-tablo trains and "other alterations, an extra Mail Train will leave Wellington at 8.20 a.m., arriving Palmerslon at' 12.5 p.m., and running through to Wauganui. This train will stop only at Johnsonville, Porirua, Plimmerton, Paekakariki, Waikanae, Otaki, Levin, and Shannon on Company's line, and at ordinary mail train stopping places on Government line. Passengers for •Feildiug-Wanganui and intermediate stations and the Huntervillo Branch must travel by this train, and not the ordinary mail train. Passengers for Palmerston may travel by this ' train. Tho 7.50 a.m. Mail Train from Wellington will tako through passengers for Kai Iwi and intermediate stations to New Plymouth only, in addition -to- Palmerston. On same days an extra train will leave Wanganui at 12.40 p.m., Palmer&ton '4.10 p.m., and run. through to Wellington 30 minutes after ordinary mail, stopping enly at Longburn, Shannon, Levin, Otaki, Waikanae, Paekakariki, Pliinmerton, Porirua, and Johnsonville on the Company's line. The Mail Train which leaves Palmerston at 3.37 p.m. will stop only at Otaki, P&ekakariki, Johnsonville, and Khandalldh. Passengers for other stations at which mail usually stops must change at Palmerston and wait lor train leaving thero at 4.10 p.m. NOTE. — Passengers will not bo booked from Wellington to any station south of Waikanae by tho 7.50 a.m. Mail Train on any day from. 23rd December to 2nd January, inclusive. SATURDAY, 30th DECEMBER. In addition to ordinary Saturday timetable trains and extra mail train as above, a special train will leavo Wellington at 3.10 p.m. for Plimmerton, stopping at all stations. PASSENGERS FOR ALL LOCAL STATIONS UP TO AND INCLUDING PLIMMERTON MUST TRAVEL BY THIS TRAIN. The train which leaves Wellington at 4.15 p.m. WDLL NOT STOP AT ANY STATION BETWEEN WELLINGTON AND PAEKAKARIKI, but will stop as usual ' at Paekakariki and stations north, arriving at Palmerston at 9.13 p.m Passengers from stations between Crofton and Paremata inolusive, who aro travelling north of Paekakariki, must proceed by the 3.10 p.m. train to Plimmerton, at which station they will join the through train. A train will leave Wellington at 10.40 p.m. for Pliinmerton., stopping as required. PASSENGERS FOR ALL LOCAL STATIONS UP TO AND INOLUDING PLIMMERTON MUST TRAVEL BY ' THIS TRAIN. THE 11.0 P.M. TRAIN FROM WELLINGTON TO PAEKAKARIKI WILL NOT RUN. A train will leave. Wellington at 11.15 p.m., Palmerston arrive 3.50 a.m. THIS TRAIN WILL NOT STOP FOR PASSENGERS AT ANY STATION BETWEEN WELLINGTON AND PAEKAKARIKI, but will stop at Paekakariki and stations north where required, except Hadfield, Makerua, and Linton. Passengers from stations between Crofton and Paremata inclusive, who aro travelling north of Paekakariki, must proceed by 10.40 p.m train to Plimmerton, at which station they will join through train. This train will run through to Wanganui, conneoting at Aramoho with the steamer excursion up the Wanganui River. ON SUNDAY, 31st DECEMBER, 1905, a special train will leave Palmerston at 3.55 a.m., arriving in Wellington at 8.45 a.m. This train connects at Palmerston with train which leaves Wanganui at 11.30 p.m. on Saturday night. This train_ will stop only at Shannon, Levin, Otaki, and stations between Paekakariki and Wellington. A special train will leave Wellington at 7.50 a.m. and run on time-table of ordinary Mail Train to New Plymouth, arriving at 8.0 p.m. A special train will leave New Plymouth at 7.10 a.m., .Wellington arrive 7.20 p.m. (ordinary Mall Train time-table). These trains will stop only at Khandallah. Johnsonvillo, Porirua, Paekakariki, Waikanae, Otaki, Levin, and Shannon on Company's line and at ordinary Mail Train stopping 1 places on Government line, but on outward journey will not take passengers from Wellington for any station south of Waikanae. Tho ordinary Sunday train to Otaki and back will run as usual. ON MONDAY, Ist January, 1906, tho | ordinary time-table is suspended.
