WESTPORT, This Day. A miner named Deguide had a leg broken, and another miner, Geo. Smith, Was badly hurt inwardly, by a- fall of coal from the roof in the Weetport Coal Company's DennMon colliery.

The Coroner intends holding an inquest at the Morgue at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning concerning the death of Ernest Chaj, Bourno, the young man who was killed by a fall of earth at Kilbirnie yest*rdaz< ■
