Resolution No. 2. "That the Articles contained in tho printed document submitted to tho Mooting and for tho niirposo of identification subscribed* by the Chairman thereof be, and tho samo aro hereby, approved, and that Mich Articles bo, and they aro hereby, adopted as tho Articles of tho Company to tho exclusion of all tho existing Articles thereof."
