GERMAN CAMPAIGN IN AFRICA. [press association.] CAPETOWN, 29th September. The Cape Argus publishes further interviews with Boers who served as transport assistants with the German troops in Damaraland (the scene of the native revolt against the Germans) and additional particulars of cruelty are given. It is declared that Germans suspended a native chief by the wrists for three days and nights, keeping him without food and water.
