THE JOHN F. ORR ESTATE SALE.
Messrs. Macdonald, Wilson and Co. 's Exchange Land Mart was crowded to its utmost capacity yesterday afternoon, tho occasion being the salo by auction under instructions from tho Publio Trusteo by order of the beneficiaries of the balance of landed properties in tho J. F. Orr O3tate. Tho catalogued comprised 64 lots, and the auctioneers report that the whole of* these were sold with tho exception of eight' sections, No. 6 and Nos. 31 to 45, tho family residence formerly occupied by tho late Mr. Orr, and the two villa' residences containing live rooms each. Offers aro in hand for the latter. Tho competition throughout was keen, and tho salo is regarded as highly satisfactory. The total of tho lots sold amounted to £7568 15s.
