Hall-Joneß) tomorrow in reference to the proposal to lemova the present light at Pencarrow Head to a site closer to the beach. The li#ht is now visible at a distance of 29 miles, and if it is loAvcred it cannot be seen at a greater distance than 15 or 16 miles. The guild will urge the Government to retain the light in its present position and erect another light much closer to the beach.
