FACTORIES WRECKED. o . t DISTURBANCES AT RIGA. [MIESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, 11th August. Reuter's Agency reports that several factories at Rigu huve been wrecked. Reinforcements of dragoons have arrived. The British Minister at St. Petersburg, at the request of the Consul at Riga, has taken action to secure. the protection of the lives and properly of British residents. The newly-elected Mayor of Odessa— Professor Yaroschenko — a, Liberal, lias been exiled to Olenetz.
