Decisions were reserved till tomorrow afternoon. The case against Frank Berry of inciting a prisoner to resist was adjourned sine die, defendant being ill. J. R. Charfton, M.R.C.V.S., has telegraphed to the Premier, with regard to the Veterinary Surgeons Registration Bill now before the House, protesting that it b diametrically opposed to the best interests of stock-owners and veterinary surgeons, and urging that the opinion of the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon* shonld be obtained on the proposed legislation. He draws attention to the Imperial Act of 1881, v/herein the uncertificated existing practitioners' problem is simply solved without the creafcwi of muitjelo anomalies.
