A match between the Australians and Scotland was commenced at Edinburgh to-day, in dull, showery weather. There was a large attendance of the public. The Australians have lost four wickets for 143 runs. (Received July 18, noon.) LONDON, 17th July. Armstrong, Noble, Kelly, and Hopkins «are not playing. me Australians in their first innings made 284, the chief scores being — M'Leod 54, Darling 49, Cotter 37. Scotland has lost one wicket for 51 runs.
