The German newspapers admit that Emperor William informed the King of Italy that he was unable to regard i/he Anglo-French Alliance and M. Deloasse'e anti-German policy with passive indifference. The French Minister in Italy informed M. 'Roavier, the Premier; hence M. Delcaisse^a downfall. ENGLAND'S SUPPORT OF FRANCE. PARIS, 14th July. French naval officera declare that it was not 'the agreement between M. Rouvier and Prince yon RodoJin, tihe German Ambassador, which averted war, but England's firm support of France. JAPAN, CHINA, AND RUSSIA. (Received July 16, 8.24 a.m.) TOKIO, 14th July. The Japanese papers are greatly disappointed at China's distrust when Japan is fighting in her interests. The journals also suggest that Russia should evacuate the Kirin province, if she is really solicitous of China's interest.'
