FACILITIES FOR A VOTE OF CENBUHK. [mEss association.! LONDON, 24th May. The Primo Minister (Mr. llalfour), replying in tho House of Commons to Sir Henry Campbell-Uunnermmi, leader of |ho Opposition, said ho had no objection to grant facilities for 11 vote of censure to be taken rejecting the attitude of tho Ministry on tho Colonial Conference question, providing the debate t>o conducted under ordinary condition*, decently, and with fair play.
