Sea.— Heavy on eastern coast northward of East Cape and southward o! Castlepoint ; also on western coast north of Cape Egmont and between Cape Farewell and Greymouth. Tides. — High on eastern coast noith of East Cape and from Cape Campbell southward, also on western coast north of Cape Egmont and between Cape Fmewell and Weatport. Moderate all other ports. Rain is probable generallj'. Warning signals for noitlierly gales are exhibited at Cape Maria Van Diemeu and Tiritiri, and for easterly gales at Capes Farewell, Foulwind, Campbell, and Nugget Point.
