THE CHANCELLOR'S BUDGET. [rRESS ASSOCIATION.] BERLIN, 28th November.' In delivering his Imperial Budget spee'eh in the Reichstag, the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Count yon Bulow) estimated the expenditure at £112,078,545. Fourteen millions will be raised by loans. The sum of £2,550,000 is required to balance the Budget. The amount of money required to pay the expenses of the expedition against the Hereros is £2,437,155.
