The Corinna will take the Nelson passengers through to-day, and the Wainui will make the run to Picton and Nelson on Monday. The steamer Pateena, which has been employed in the Launceston trade, and which is to relieve the Penguin, left Melbourne for Wellington at 9 o'clock yesterday morning. , She is due here on Tuesday next, and will commence running in the Wellington-Picton-Nelson trade on Wednesday, the Penguin laying 'up for her annual overhaul. The Mapourika, en route to Wellington from the West Coast and Nelson, will call at Picton on Sunday. Bad weather at Greymouth has delayed the Mapourika, but it is hoped to get the \esecl into the Grey this afternoon. She will call at Picton on her way to Wellington, and she is due here on Sunday night. The Moeraki, due from Melbourne via Hobart and South to-morrow morning, has 433 tons of cargo to land here. She is expected to leave Wellington direct for Sydney at 3 p.m. to-morrow. Tenders for the barque Addenda, now stranded on Palliser beach, close next Thursday. It seems that with a continuance of northerly winds the tasU of refloating the vessel would not be bo great as has been thought in come quarters, and this circumstance will probably stimulate the interest of those thinking of tendering. The Tyser steamer Mnniro left the Bluff for Wellington this morning, and should arrive here on Sunday. From Wellington she probably will go on to Napier and Gisborne, and then return to this port, sailing finally for London on the 20th inst. Jlj^ Carson, chief officer of the ss Moeraki, who has been on shore for a month, lejoined his vessel at Dunedin last Wednesday. Mr. Aldwell, until recently chief officer of the "Mararoa, is at present in Wellington. He is to join the steamer Pateena next week as chief officer. Mr. Ross, second officer of the Taviuni, is to rclie\e Mr. Hayward as chief officer of the Herald. BY TELEGRAPH. NAPIER, 4th November. Arrived— Zealandia (1.15 p.m.), fiom Wellington.
