At the civil sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning, presided over by Dr. A. M'Arthur, S.M., the Empire Loan and Discount Co., Ltd., proceeded by way of judgment summons against Thomas Gille&pie for the recovery of £20 19s 6d.
