THE LA BELLA REFLOATED. WILL BE TOWED INTO HARBOUR TO-NIGHT.
Success has attended Iho efforts of Captain Bendall, Marine Surveyor to the Wellington Underwriters, to refloat the barquentine La Bella, which wont ashore near Happy Valley during the storm lastweek. The cargo having been discharged and the top hamper /emoved, the process of .warping the vessel off was 1 begun at high tide to-day, and the La Bella was soon afloat again. The Duco went out about 2 o'clock to tow the barquentine into harbour. The La Bella is to be taken up on the Patent Slip either to-night or tomorrow morning. Some of her plates will probably have to be replaced) as they have been rather badly dented. Captain Bendall is to be congratulated on getting the vessel off so quickly. v
