CHARGE OF CONCOCTING EVIDENCE. TWO OFFICERS TO BE COURTMARTIALLED. [ritESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received October 11, 9.14 a.m.) PARIS, 10th October. General Dessirier, governor of Paris, has rearrested Rollin Daulriche and Francois Marechar on a charge of concocting evidence in the* notorious trial of Dreyfus at Rennes, and has ordered them to be courtmartialled.
