EXTRA EDITION. TO-DAY'S PARLIAMENT.
« LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. LAW AMENDMENT. The amendments made by the House" of Representatives in the Law Amendment Bill were agreed to. LAW OF PROBATE. The Attorney-General, in introducing the consideration of the amendments made by the House of Representatives in the Administration Act Amendment Bill, Mid that the House had practically submitted a brand-new Bill, and as the Bill in its amended form rejected a principle affirmed by the Council, he moved that the amendments be disagreed with, and that managers be appointed to confer with managers from the House of Representatives. This was agreed to, and the Council rose at 2.40 p.m.
