THE FEDERAL SITUATION. MR. WATSON'S ADVICE. f PRESS ASSOCIATION".! SYDNEY, 3rd October. Speaking at a luncheon in connection with the Eight Hours' Day celebration, Mr. Watson advised the electors to pre pare for trouble in connection with the situation in the Federal Parliament. Mr. Hughes, in referring to the New South Wales Arbitration Court, described it as inoperative, and gave it as his opinion that the Court should either be amended or wiped out altogether.
