Assuming thoy got nn ordinary grant in the coining year, and thnt tho amount duo wns paid in without atiy deduction, thoy would havo somo £1500 to work upon during tho year. It would mean economy for another yonr. Thon there wns tho quostion of High Schools. Thero were hundreds of boys in Wollington who had obtained certificates of efficiency, but who wero still unablo to got to school. The subject had boon discussed, at a mcoting of tho Collogo Governors that day, and it seemed that it would simply occomo a (juoslion in futuro whetlior tho Government nnd tho Collogo C^vorn'ors would tnko up tho question, or whethor tho Board should do something itself.
