MELBOURNE, This Day. The agreement between tho Labour and Protectionist parties will bo dimmed at a meeting to bo held to-day. There is to bo no complcto fusion. Each section of the Opposition wjll retain it« separate entity, but in most matters will net m alliance, which Mill continue during tho present and next Parliaments. It is understood that the programme includes mast, if not all, tho plunks of the Labour Party's platform. The Freetraders will bo allowed a free hnncl on fiscal questions.
