STEAMERS DELAYED.
SYDNEY, 2nd September. Advices have been received hero that the French mail steamer Dumbea. will bo unable to sail from Marseilles % for Australia on Wednesday owing to the strike-. The agent states that all tho company's steamers will bo delayed whilo Iho utriko continues.
