A very heavy hailstorm this morning completely trunstonned Queen-street in a few minutes, -no storm continued for five minutos, nnd the streets were covered with Imilhloiiua. In Qucen-strwt it appeared as if there had be«;ii a biiu\ifnll. In front of the Shortlmid-street Post Office the hail wusV[uit« an inch thick fiom the kerb to the steps, and lively snowballing scenes were witnessed.
