fBT TELEGBArH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGANUI, This Day. The hockey match Canterbury v. Wanganui was played yesterday, when, despite heavy rain, there was a large attendance. The game was evenly contested throughout. Canterbury scored two goals in the first ten minutes, but Wanganui equalised before half time. In the second spell there was no score, and both teams missed several chances. < •
