THE TYSER LINER NIWARU.

« PROGRESS OF PUMPING OPERATIONS. [BT TEIiEGBAPH — PBESS ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER, 22nd July. There is practically no change in the position of the Tyser steamer Niwar-u. Little progress was made to-day in pumping, but it is hoped that with the addition of two centrifugal pumps, which arrived to-day, a much greater volume of water will be taken out. As soon as the pumping is successful, the steamer will be again taken to the anchorage.
