INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION.
FRENCH LEGISLATORS IN LONDON. [PBsaa association.! (Received July 3, 7.24 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd July. Baron d'Estournelles de Constant, President of the French Parliamentary Conciliation and Arbitration Group, and seventy members of the French Senate and Chamber of Deputies, have arrived in England for the purpose of conferring with the Commercial Committee of the House of Commons on the question of international arbitration.
