THE NEW EXECUTIVE COUNCIL SWORN IN. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.! NORFOLK ISLAND, Bth Judy. This morning the Chief . Magistrate, Mr. 0. M. King, read the new laws and regulations and swore in the members of the new Executive Council. He then announced his retirement and his departure by the next steamer. Mr. Isaac Robinson was appointed Secretary to the Council, and also Lloyd's agent here.
