BERLIN, 28tb Nov. j The Socialist newspaper Vonrarts has published a copy of a ringing appeal, signed by the princes, nobles, great financiers, and industrial representatives of Germany, backed by the Emperor, calling for a systematic movement for the extermination of social democracy as j being immoral and corrosive, and as im- I perilling the honour of domestic life in Germany. The organisation is preparing to circulate eight million pamphlets urging voters to resist the danger whicn is undermining the fatherland. The Socialists, to fight the organisation, are appealing for a campaign fund j of three million marks '(£150,000). i .'. ; . ' "~—
