LONDON, 16th November. The Right Hon. Mr. Brodrkk, Secretary for War, speaking at Dewsbury, Yorkshire, said that three millions had. been spent on the concentration camps in South. Africa during two years. Hie Continental contributions of clothing, comforts, and money had been only sufficient to keep the camps going for six hours.
