LABOUR PROBLEMS.
MR. MOSELY'S COMMISSION IN AMERICA. [press association.l (Received November 15. 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, 14th November. The Labour Commission organised by Mr. Alfred Mosely to siudy American problems of labour and capital, in -visiting the factories in New York, was impressed by the workmen's education facilities. Mr. Mosely, who accompanies the Commission, remarks that American workmen have a straight course as compared with the hurdle race in Britain.
