The Labour Commission organised by Mr. Alfred Mosely to siudy American problems of labour and capital, in -visiting the factories in New York, was impressed by the workmen's education facilities. Mr. Mosely, who accompanies the Commission, remarks that American workmen have a straight course as compared with the hurdle race in Britain.
