IN pursuance of "Tho Eloctoral Act," 1902," 1, ANDRKW DUNCAN THOMSON, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Wellington, do hereby givo notice that, by virtue of a >» rit bearing date 11th day of November, 1902, under tho hand of the Clerk of tho Writs, an Election will be held for the return ot thrco qualified persons to serve as members for the said district ; and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be the 18th day of November, 1902; and that the Poll, if neces-sai-y, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said district on the 25 th day of November, 1902.
