MOERAKI, AT HOBART.
Hobart, 14th November The Union Steam Ship Company's new steamer Moeraki, which has arrived here from London, only remained it few hours to replenish her coal bunkers and resumed her voyage to Dunedin. ■* The fluia, which left for Wanganui yesterday afternoon, had to return to port owing to tbe leary sea running outside. Tbe ship Hornby CitsMe was brought up to tbe ■wharf yesterday afternoon to put out her Wellington cargo. The steam launch Tui, which it is stated is to be used for river excursions and tendering, arrived at Blenheim from Dunediu on Sunday. Captain Eckfoid, with one assistant, brought, the little vessel tip, the royage occupying about three weeks. A erood deal of rough weather wns encountered, und the little craft, which is about 15 tons, bad to put in several times for shelter und supplies. It has been reported to the Marino Department by the Bluff Harbour Board that tbe eastern beacon on tbe Middle Bank, Bluff harbour, has been carried away, und will not be replaced, a new beacon having been erected, tbe position of which will be gazetted as soon as the marks aro adjusted.
